For section 140(3)(b) of the Act, an application for an internal review must be filed with the Registrar by 4:00 pm on the day that is

28 days after the date on which the decision was made.

The time specified in subrule (1) may be extended under section

68 of the Act only in exceptional circumstances.

For section 95(2) of the Act, the Registrar may accept an application for an internal review on the condition that leave is granted under section 140(4) of the Act.
