15A Setting aside default decision
(1)
For section 101B(2) of the Act, an application to set aside a default decision must be filed with the Registrar by 4:00 pm on the day that is 28 days after the date on which the decision was made.
(2)
The time specified in subrule (1) may be extended under section
68 of the Act only in exceptional circumstances.
