26 Evidentiary matters – facilitation of proof

It is presumed, unless the contrary is proved, that:

(a)

an affidavit purporting to have been witnessed in accordance with sections 14 and 15 was so witnessed; and

(b)

a document purporting to have been attested by a commissioner for oaths was so attested; and

(c)

a relevant document, as defined in section 25, purporting to have been counter-signed in accordance with that section was so counter-signed.
