6 Content of oath
The content of the oath is to be:
(a)
if the oath is required under an Act that provides for the content of the oath – as so provided; or
(b)
if the oath is to be made by a person mentioned in Schedule 1 and paragraph (a) does not apply – as set out in Schedule 1 for that person; or
(c)
in any other case – as determined by the person administering the oath to be appropriate in the circumstances.
