33 Oaths, affidavits and declarations taken or made before commencement
An oath, affidavit or declaration sworn or made before the commencement is as valid and effective after the commencement as it would have been had this Act and the Oaths, Affidavits and
Declarations (Consequential Amendments) Act 2010 not commenced.
