94 Application of Subdivision
This
Subdivision applies if:
(a) the investigation of a police complaint was conducted by a Professional
Standards Command member under Division 4, Subdivision 2; and
(b) under the police complaints agreement, a Professional Standards Command report of the investigation is required under this Subdivision for the complaint.
