96 Commissioner to give report and comments to Ombudsman
(1) The
Commissioner must give the Ombudsman:
(a) a copy of the Professional Standards Command report; and
(b) the
Commissioner's assessment of the conduct the subject of the complaint, together with any other comments the Commissioner considers appropriate to make in relation to the investigation.
(2) However, if the Commissioner directs further investigation be conducted by a
Professional Standards Command member, the Commissioner does not have to comply with subsection (1) until the further investigation is completed.
