97 Ombudsman's assessment and recommendations on investigation
(1) On receipt of the Professional Standards Command report and any comments of the Commissioner, the Ombudsman must:
(a) consider the Professional Standards Command report and comments; and
(b) give a written report to the Commissioner of the Ombudsman's assessment of the Professional Standards Command report.
(2) Section
101 applies to the Ombudsman's report.
