111 Review of decisions of consent authority
The following decisions of a consent authority are reviewable by the Tribunal:
a decision refusing to consent to a development proposal under section 30W(1)(c);
a decision refusing to issue a certificate under section 37B or 43D;
a decision imposing conditions on the certificate under section 37B(2)(b);
a decision requesting additional information under section 46(4);
a decision refusing to grant an extension of time under section 46(8);
a decision refusing to consent to a proposed development under section 53(c);
a decision issuing an enforcement notice under section 77;
a decision specifying the requirements of an enforcement notice under section 77C.
An application for review of a decision specified in subsection (1) may be made by the following:
the applicant in relation to a decision referred to in subsection (1)(a) to (f);
the person subject to an enforcement notice in relation to a decision referred to in subsection (1)(g) and (h).
An application for review must be made within 28 days after the person is served with the decision notice.
