Review of refusal to extend period of development permit

(1)

A person who made an application to a consent authority under section 59 may apply to the Tribunal for a review of a determination of the consent authority under that section other than in accordance with the application.

(2)

The application must be made within 28 days after the person is given the statement of reasons for the determination under section 59(4).
