117A No review jurisdiction for certain determinations of Minister
(1)
The Tribunal has no jurisdiction to review the determination of a development application by the Minister when he or she is the consent authority under section 4(5).
(2)
The Minister may, by Gazette notice, declare that the
Tribunal has no jurisdiction to review a particular determination of the Minister as the consent authority that would otherwise be reviewable under this Division.
