61 Payment for improvements
(1)
The Public Trustee may make such payment or allowance for the value of improvements made on, to or in respect of any property of which the Public Trustee is manager under this Part or for any money expended on or in respect of the property as is reasonable.
(2)
A payment under subsection (1) may be made even though the recovery at law cannot be maintained.
