62 Application for directions
(1)
The Public Trustee, as manager of any property under this Part, may apply ex parte to the Court for directions concerning the property or in respect of the management or administration of the property or the exercise of any power or discretion which the Public
Trustee may have.
(2)
The Court may order that an application under subsection (1) be served upon any person it thinks fit.
