Establishment of Commission

Current

(1)

The Northern Territory Wagering Commission is established.

(2)

The Commission:

(a)

is a body corporate with perpetual succession; and

(b)

is capable of suing and being sued in its corporate name; and

(c)

has a common seal.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially must take judicial notice of the common seal of the Commission affixed to a document and must presume that it was duly affixed.
