22 Leave of absence
(1)
A member of the Commission may, with the approval of the Chair, take a leave of absence not exceeding 3 months.
(2)
The Minister may grant a member leave of absence of 3 months or more.
(3)
While on leave, a member must not exercise any powers or perform any functions as a member but the leave does not affect the member's term of office.
