26.04 No communication to Court of offer
(1) A pleading or affidavit must not contain a statement that an offer has been made.
(2) No communication about the existence or terms of an offer made without prejudice is to be made to the Court until:
(a)
the offer is accepted; or
(b)
judgment is given; or
(c) an application is made under rule 26.05.
