33.12 No evidence unless disclosed in report
Except with the leave of the
Court or by consent of the parties, a party shall not, except in cross-examination, adduce evidence from a medical expert on medical matters concerning the plaintiff unless that evidence is disclosed by a medical report served in accordance with this Order.
