21 Legal certificate
(1)
A person providing legal advice under section 20 must prepare a certificate on that advice and give it to the person advised.
(2)
The certificate must certify the following matters:
(a)
the qualifications of the person giving the legal advice;
(b)
the names of the persons who were given legal advice;
(c)
the day or days when the advice was given;
(d)
that advice was given on the matters listed in section 20(2) and whether the recipient of the advice appeared to understand it.
