23 Counselling after birth of child
(1)
The surrogate mother, her partner, if any, and any other birth parent must undertake counselling about the surrogacy arrangement and its social and psychological implications after the birth of the child and before consenting to the parentage order.
(2)
The counselling required under this section may be provided by the same counsellor that provided counselling to any of the parties before they entered into the surrogacy arrangement.
