39 Method of voting
Voting at a general meeting must be by:
(a)
written vote:
(i)
if a poll is taken; or
(ii) if a person casts an absentee vote on a motion that must be passed by a resolution without dissent or a unanimous resolution; or
(iii)
on a motion to terminate the scheme; or
(b)
otherwise – show of hands.
