57 Other records of body corporate
(1) The committee must ensure the following records are kept for the body corporate:
the full name and address of each member of the body corporate;
minutes of general meetings;
copies of resolutions made at general meetings;
records of the results of voting (including by poll) on motions;
copies of notices given by the body corporate;
copies of appointments of proxies;
used voting papers;
correspondence sent or received by the body corporate;
insurance policies maintained by the body corporate;
contracts and agreements entered into by the body corporate;
leases and licences entered into by the body corporate.
(2) The committee must ensure each record is kept for at least 7 years after the date it is created.

Under regulation 7(2), each committee member commits an offence if the committee does not comply with this clause.
