6 Election of committee members
(1)
The body corporate must elect the committee members at each annual general meeting.
(2)
If a member of the body corporate is a company, the member may appoint an individual to stand for election on behalf of the member.
Note for clause 6
Under section 74(3) of the
Act, a committee member must be:
(a) a unit owner that is an individual; or
(b) an individual appointed by a unit owner that is a body corporate.
