90 Appointment of administrator
A corporation, a creditor of a corporation or a person having an estate or interest in a unit may apply to the Tribunal for the appointment as administrator of the corporation of a person who has consented to act in that capacity.
On an application made under subsection (1), the Tribunal may, in its discretion and on cause shown, by order, appoint the person named in the application to be administrator of the corporation on such terms and conditions as to remuneration or otherwise as it thinks fit.
The remuneration of an administrator of a corporation and the expenses incurred by him in the performance of his duties and functions and the exercise of his powers as an administrator shall be deemed to be expenditure incurred by the corporation.
