93 Duties, functions and powers of administrator
Subject to this section, the administrator of a corporation shall perform the duties, and may exercise the powers and perform the functions, of the corporation, its committees and officers to the exclusion of the corporation and its committee.
Except with the approval of the Tribunal, the administrator of a corporation shall not do any act that is required by this Act to be authorised by a unanimous resolution.
On application made to the Tribunal by the administrator of a corporation or a person referred to in section 90(1), the Tribunal may give such directions as it thinks fit with regard to the manner in which the administrator shall perform his duties and functions and exercise his powers.
