94 Administrator may delegate duties, functions and powers
(1)
An administrator of a corporation may, by writing under his hand, delegate to any person, either generally or otherwise as provided by the instrument of delegation, all or any of his duties, functions and powers, except this power of delegation.
(2)
A duty so delegated shall be performed, and a function or power so delegated may be performed or exercised, by the delegate in accordance with the instrument of delegation.
(3)
A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent the performance of a duty or function, or the exercise of a power, by the administrator of the corporation.
