21 Submission of draft environment protection objectives to Administrator
After the Minister has:
(a)
considered each submission made under section 20(5) in relation to a draft environment protection objective; and
(b)
made the alterations to the draft environment protection objective that he or she thinks fit,
the Minister may submit the draft environment protection objective to the Administrator for approval.
