22 National environment protection measure may be incorporated as environment protection objective
(1)
The Minister may submit to the Administrator a draft environment protection objective that incorporates, with such declatory, machinery or administrative changes as the Minister thinks fit, part or all of a national environment protection measure as in force at a particular time for approval under section 23 as an environment protection objective.
(2)
Sections 19, 20 and 21 do not apply in relation to a draft environment protection objective submitted under subsection (1).
