Qualified persons to perform environmental audits for programs, &c.

In force

A person must not:

(a) perform an environmental audit for the purposes of an environmental audit program; or

(b)

engage in a prescribed activity,

unless the person:

(c)

is registered in a register established under section 68; or

(d) is a member of a class of persons exempted in the Regulations from the requirement to be so registered.

Penalty: environmental offence level 4.
