23C Disclosure of information
(1)
If the Commissioner or a court suspends or revokes an approval granted in relation to (or conditional on) the employment of the holder of the approval, the Commissioner must inform the relevant employer of the holder of the suspension or revocation.
(2)
No civil or criminal liability arises from the provision of information under this section.
