Despite any other law of the Territory, in relation to a decision of the Commissioner under section 15(2B) or 18G(1):
(a)
no person or body is entitled to investigate, inquire into, review or otherwise call into question the decision; and
(b)
no proceedings for an appeal, an injunction, a declaration or an order for prohibition or mandamus are to be brought in relation to the decision.
