62 Detainee dietary requirements
(1) The
Superintendent must ensure food supplied to detainees meets the dietary requirements of developing youths.
(2) If the Superintendent determines that, because of religious or personal beliefs, a detainee requires special dietary consideration, the
Superintendent must ensure those requirements are met to the extent practicable.
(3) If the Superintendent has been informed of a detainee's special dietary requirements by a medical practitioner, the Superintendent must ensure those dietary requirements are met.
