Youth Justice Regulations 2006

(1) The

Superintendent must maintain a complaints register at the detention centre.

(2) The following details must be recorded in the register in relation to every complaint received from, or on behalf of, a detainee:

(a) the name of the complainant;

(b) the name of the person from whom the complaint was received;

(c) the date and time the complaint was received;

(d) the nature of the complaint;

(e) the action taken on the complaint.
