Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Holding Act 2013

The Minister must ensure that a plan of survey, capable of registration in a register kept under the Land Act or Land Title Act, is prepared to show the identified, and as appropriate, the agreed, boundaries of any lease proposed to be granted under this Act.

In a proceeding under this Act in the Land Court, the Land Court may order the Minister or the chief executive to prepare a plan of survey, capable of registration in a register kept under the Land Act or Land Title Act, necessary for giving effect to a decision of the court.
