88 Delegations
(1)
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act as the Minister to the chief executive.
(2)
A delegation of the Minister’s power to the chief executive may permit the subdelegation of the power to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
(3)
The chief executive may delegate the chief executive’s powers under this Act as the chief executive to an appropriately qualified public service officer.
(4)
In this section—appropriately qualified, for a person to whom a power under this Act may be delegated or subdelegated, includes having the qualifications, experience or standing appropriate to exercise the power.
