91 Review of Act

(1)

The Minister must, within 10 years after the commencement of this section, carry out a review of the operation and effectiveness of the Act.

(2)

The Minister must, a soon as practicable after the review is completed, cause a report on the outcome to be laid before the Legislative Assembly.
