236 Protection of members etc.
(1)
A member of the Land Tribunal has, in the performance of the member’s duties as a member, the same protection and immunity as a judge of the Supreme Court.
(2)
A person representing a party before the Land Tribunal has the same protection and immunity as a barrister has in appearing for a party in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
(3)
A person summoned to attend or appearing before the Land Tribunal as a witness has the same protection as a witness in a proceeding in the Supreme Court.
