238 Failure of witness to attend
A person served, as prescribed, with a summons to appear as a witness before the Land Tribunal must not, without reasonable excuse—
(a)
fail to attend as required by the summons; or
(b)
fail to appear from time to time in the course of the proceeding as required by the presiding member.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
