268A Definition for division
In this division—court, in relation to a proceeding relating to trust property of a land trust, means—
(a)
in any case—the Supreme Court; or
(b)
if the value of all the trust property of the land trust does not exceed the monetary limit under the District Court of Queensland Act 1967, section 68—the District Court.
