272 Right of land trust or member to apply to court for directions
(1)
A land trust or member of a land trust may apply to the court for directions in relation to—
(a)
the trust property of the land trust or its management or administration; or
(b)
the exercise of a power of the land trust or a member of the land trust.
(2)
The application must be served on, and the hearing of the application may be attended by—
(a)
all persons interested in the application; or
(b)
the persons interested in the application, or their representatives, that the court considers appropriate.
