269 Jurisdiction of court
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the jurisdiction of the court under the Trusts Act 2025 includes matters arising under this Act.
(2)
The powers of the court under the Trusts Act 2025 are to be exercised—
(a)
if provision is made in this part for a matter—in accordance with this part; or
(b)
otherwise—in a way that is consistent with, and best achieves, the purposes of this Act.
