32ZA Information to be included in allocation notice
The allocation notice must include the following information for the available land—
the eligibility criteria;
the allocation method;
the conditions applying to an offer of the available land;
the day (the closing day) applications to participate in the allocation process close;
the time and place for making applications;
the reserve or purchase price;
the deposit, if any, to be paid to participate in the allocation process and the proposed date, time and place for payment of the deposit;
the proposed date, time and place where the available land will be allocated;Note—After the appeal period for the available land, the trustee must give notice of the date, time and place where the available land will be allocated. See section 32ZD.
the name and contact details of the probity advisor appointed.
The closing day must be at least 30 days after the allocation notice is gazetted.
