32ZB Probity advisor
(1)
The trustee must appoint an appropriately qualified and independent person (a probity advisor) to ensure the probity of the allocation process for the available land.
(2)
The probity advisor must—
(a)
monitor the allocation process for the available land; and
(b)
advise the trustee on matters relating to the probity of the allocation process; and
(c)
prepare and give to the trustee a report about the probity of the allocation process and, if reasonably satisfied the allocation process was undertaken correctly, certify that fact.
