75 Person holding appointment to conduct audit of audit office
(1)
On the commencement, a person who has been appointed by the Governor in Council under section 69 of the repealed Act is taken to have been appointed under section 71.
(2)
However, the person’s term of appointment is taken to have commenced on appointment under the repealed Act.
