78 Delegations continue
(1)
On the commencement, a delegation of power made by the auditor-general under the repealed Act, section 66, continues to have effect according to its terms as a delegation made under section 20.
(2)
However, if the delegation is made—
(a)
under a particular section of the repealed Act; and
(b)
a section under this Act is substantially the same as the section under the repealed Act;
the delegation has effect as if it were made under the section of this Act.
