76 Auditor-general continues to hold office
(1)
On the commencement, the person who, immediately before the commencement, held appointment as the auditor-general under the repealed Act continues to hold appointment as the auditor-general under this Act.
(2)
However, the person’s term of appointment is taken to have commenced on appointment under the repealed Act.
