497 Public officials for Police Powers and Responsibilities Act
The following persons are declared to be public officials for the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000—
(a)
the chief executive;
(b)
a chief executive officer;
(c)
an authorised officer;
(d)
a director of an invasive animal board;
(e)
a barrier fence employee.
