334 Ministerial directions to former council
(1)
This section applies to a Ministerial direction given before the commencement to the former council by the Minister under section 246FG of the unamended Act.
(2)
The Ministerial direction is, if the context permits, taken to have been given to QBCC under the QBCC Act, section 9.
