93 Power to require information
(1)
A chief executive may, by notice (a requirement notice), require a funded entity to give the chief executive, within a stated reasonable time, information relating to the provision of a funded product or service by the funded entity.
(2)
The funded entity must comply with the requirement notice.
(3)
The funded entity may comply with the requirement by giving a copy of a document certified as a true copy of the document.
