99 Regulation-making power
(1)
The Governor in Council may make regulations under this Act.
(2)
A regulation made under this Act may—
(a)
prescribe fees payable under this Act and the matters for which fees are payable; and
(b)
impose a penalty of not more than 20 penalty units for a contravention of a provision of a regulation.
