Chief executive may share information about funded entity

In force

(1)

A chief executive may give information about a funded entity to—

(a)

a department if the funded entity receives funding the department has provided; or

(b)

another entity if the chief executive considers the entity has an interest in the proper and efficient delivery of a funded product or service of the funded entity.

(2)

A chief executive may act under subsection (1) without the consent of the funded entity.
